”Kinds Shouhai Co., Ltd. Bando Center” has completed.

2017/05/09

The construction completion ceremony of Kinds Shouhai Co., Ltd. Bando center ,which F&P designed and supervised was held on 9th May, 2017.

This facility is designed as an aggregation hub and Mail-order center, targeted for cosmetic commercial use.

This is the second major project we have designed and supervised for Kinds Shouhai since 10 years ago.

This facility is sited in an ideal location, 3.6 km from the Bando Highway intersection which opened on February 2017, making it accessible from the 6 major highways.(Tomei, Chuo, Kanetsu, Tohoku, Joban, and Higashi Kanto).

In developing the master plan, F&P was able to reduce the construction period by implementing the “ Stan Package” system of Nippon Steel & Sumikin Engineering Co., Ltd. ‘s System building *1

A metal sandwich panel was adopted to the exterior design to emulate elegance and simplicity. Also the interior steel frames were painted in beige color and installation of air conditioning on the 1st and 2nd floor(a part of the area on 1st floor) makes it a comfortable working atmosphere for the employees. On the 2nd floor, there is a ceiling for increasing air conditioning efficiency and reducing energy consumption. For the interior lighting, the design was created with flexibility and versatility to accommodate future layout changes. 2nd floor lighting incorporates staggered array layout for proportionate lighting thus enhancing the working environment.

We are sincerely proud to be a member of this project and hope that this facility contributes to the further development of Kinds Shouhai Co., Ltd.

*1 System building is the architectural structure which is systemized and standardized the building production process from design to construction.
